Will I get the same cleaner every time?+
Whenever possible, yes. Consistency and security are central to how we work, so we keep you with the same cleaner. If they're ever unavailable, we introduce a trained backup in advance, never an unannounced stranger.
Are your products safe for stone, hardwood, kids, and pets?+
Yes. We use pH-neutral, surface-safe products suitable for marble, quartz, stainless, and hardwood, and that are safe around children and pets. Protecting your finishes is part of the job, not an afterthought.

How does your pricing work?+

Do recurring cleanings cost less?+
Yes. Weekly, biweekly, and monthly plans earn a lower per-visit rate than one-off cleans, because consistent scheduling is more efficient for us. There's no lock-in contract, you can adjust frequency or cancel anytime.

Is there a contract or long-term commitment?+

Service
What's the difference between a standard and a deep clean?+
A standard clean maintains an already-tidy home on a routine. A deep clean is the reset, baseboards, trim, scale removal, degreasing, and detail work that built-up grime needs. Most first-time customers start with a deep clean, then move to recurring standard visits.
